Margo Bule
Resident Services Director
|
Margo’s passion for serving seniors began in high school, where she volunteered at a nursing home painting holiday murals on the windows and interacting with the residents. Her career path took several turns, eventually bringing her back to the industry. Her career in senior living began as an Activities Assistant at a nursing home in Pennsylvania, 28 years ago. She became a director shortly thereafter and has served in several related roles through the years. Margo joined Covenant Living at Mount Miguel in 2014 as the Activities Director. After two years, she shifted to become our Resident Service Director, which is by far her favorite role to date. She enjoys her role immensely, overseeing Life Enrichment and Fitness programming. The residents of Mount Miguel are like a second family to her and she enjoys interacting with them daily, serving them in many capacities. Margo believes in the Common Purpose of Covenant Living of spreading joy and peace of mind to residents, staff, and family members by providing a better way of life.
